The estimated delivery times provided are just that - estimates. To minimize waste and reduce our impact on the environment, each product is printed and framed only after an order is placed. Our fulfillment centers are located in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, if a particular size frame is not in stock at the nearest fulfillment center, we may use an alternative centre, which may be located outside your country. While we strive to deliver most orders within the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 20 days for delivery. In most cases, orders are delivered much sooner, with 90% arriving within a shorter timeframe.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
